As dramatic changes in population, drought, and flooding impact water quality and availability, farmers – who use 70% of the world’s fresh water – are becoming more concerned about conservation. On September 27, the Ecological Farming Association (EFA) will launch a new website featuring video case studies of on-farm water conservation practices. To celebrate this new resource, EFA is partnering with the Patagonia Outlet in Santa Cruz to present the videos, the farmers featured, and other partner organizations.
